We are unable to advise the cost of any surcharges as they vary by region. Our International Delivery Methods and Prices Explained

Over the many years we've been shipping our cufflinks around the globe we've tried a number of different international postage options at all price ranges.

 - You've told us that you want your cufflinks as quickly as possible

 - You've told us that you want accurate parcel tracking and a reliable service

We've learnt the hard way that some of the cheapest options are not as reliable as others 

We now work with DHL and are impressed with the speed of delivery and the tracking service. We simply found that cheaper options took too long and had poor tracking which neither our customers or us appreciated.

We are a small family business and we've tried pretty much every type of delivery option open to us we don't benefit from some options nor prices available to big corporate organisations

We do not make a profit on delivery in fact sometimes we lose a little. We charge what it costs us, this includes the cost of the delivery and the packaging etc.

Budget International Shipping Option

If you would prefer a budget international shipping option then please contact us and we will provide you with a price for your specific order.

It may take longer than our published international delivery times particularly at peak times such as Christmas but we will be happy to provide you with a price for budget international shipping.

International Dispatch Times - How long does it take for us to send your order?

Disptach time + Delivery Time = Estimated arrival 

We normally dispatch international orders received Monday to Thursday the next working day (except some personalised orders)

We do not dispatch on weekends - Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be disptached from the following Monday 

Personalised Gifts

These can take a little longer as we personalise your items just for you. They are normally dispatched in 1-5 working days (Mon-Fri)  

Some may take longer please read the product description for full details where we detail if particular personalised items will take longer to dispatch due to their made-to-order status.

Dispatch times are intended as a guide and are not guaranteed, frequently items are dispatched in shorter times. Busy trading times such as Christmas may result in longer than normal dispatch times. But please rest assured that we work as hard as we possibly can to ship all orders as soon as we can.

Please allow for delivery time (the time it takes for delivery to you) in addition to dispatch time (the time it takes us to prepare your items ) when ordering your items.
