Cufflink Delivery Questions

How soon will I receive my Cufflinks order?

We normally ship non-personalised orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri on the same day (excludes bank holidays).


Some personalised cufflinks can be shipped same day, but some take a little longer because of how they are made – please read the product description for details of dispatch times


Our cufflinks are normally delivered by Royal in the U.K  - please read full details of our estimated delivery times on our delivery page – visit delivery info page


Do you offer Next Day Delivery Cufflinks?

YES - We offer an EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICEon most products - Next day delivery options are available at checkout - order before 1pm and we'll ship it same day for delivery next day guaranteed (mon-sat)- next day cufflinks from Cufflinkman the U.K's largest Cufflinks Store 

Need it Fast? We offer a Next Day Cufflinks Service - select this option at the checkout and if you order your cufflinks before 1pm it will be shipped same day for guaranteed next day delivery (mon--thurs)


Do You Ship Internationally?

YES - International orders are dispatched with DHL and are delivered on a express tracked service. Delivery times vary please read the full details of our international shipping services by clicking this link


Do you have a shop I can collect from?

We are an online store which is how we keep our prices competitive we are based in Penzance Cornwall. If you are in the area and want to collect an order you are very welcome to call in to our unit, but we don’t have a traditional cufflinks shop.

Can I ship my cufflinks order to a different address?

Yes no problem you can enter a different delivery address to the invoice address during the check-out process. If we can assist you with this then please contact us 01736 350274

Can I track my Cufflinkman order?

Contact us and we will provide you with tracking information where possible.


Do you gift wrap cufflinks?

Yes we do. If you choose our gift wrap service on the checkout page we will place your cufflinks in a gift box, wrap it with ribbon, a bow and pop in a gift card. We will print a message on the card for you if you enter it into the information box whilst at the checkout. Our gift wrap service costs £2.99


Personalisation Questions

Can I customise my cufflinks?

Many of our cufflinks can be personalised but not all. Please visit the personalised cufflinks section to view our 100s of cufflinks designs that can be engraved or customised.


Can I add a logo or icon to my cufflinks?

Yes you can to many of our designs but some materials work better than others and it can depend on the complexity of the logo.

How much you can customise your cufflinks will depend on the size of the cufflinks, the design, the material and how much text you would like engraving.

Let us know your idea and we’ll be happy to help to make it a reality. We may charge a set up fee for importing and configuring logos into our software and scaling it onto the cufflinks.

What can I have engraved on my cufflinks?

We will engrave whatever you request on your cufflinks within the specified character limit. The more text that you choose the smaller it will appear. We adjust the size depending on the number characters and normally centre the text if that is part of the cufflinks design. But if you'd like some help no problem, please contact us to discuss your cufflink ideas.


Can I change the font on my cufflinks?

Yes, you can we offer font options on most of personalised cufflinks designs . If your selected cufflinks doesn’t have this option but you would like an alternative font then please let us know and we will help if at all possible.


Can you engrave special characters onto my cufflinks?

Sometimes we can. We can engrave most common accented letters but some are not recognised by our software. If you would like to check this with us then please do contact us so we can advise you.

How do I cancel my order?

We process orders quickly because our customers appreciate our quick dispatch and delivery times. We can process orders as early as 6am (U.K times) up to late into the evening. We also process some orders on weekends. If your order has already been processed and the order is personalised or engraved cufflinks then regrettably we cannot cancel your order but may be able to refund any shipping costs if it hasn’t been collected by the delivery company.

If you wish to try to cancel your order we advise you to try as soon as possible by emailing or calling us on 01736 350274 - if it is out of hours then you should email us. We will try our best to retrieve your order before it has been engraved but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do this on every occasion.

There is a problem with my order

Please contact us on 01380 728 193 or as soon as you can. Please identify your order and provide a brief description of the problem so that we can assist you as quickly as possible.

do this by email to and include a photograph of the error along with your order number and we’ll gladly replace it free of charge at the next available opportunity

No problem at all our friendly team are available to take calls Mon-Fri between 9am and 4pm outside of these hours you can reach us by email or leave a voice message which we will reply to on the next working day.
