For international orders and sub £50 UK orders we never charge excessive amounts for postage and packaging. Our P&P charges are made up of the Royal Mail charge for the service plus a small contribution towards the packaging materials, plus VAT, which we are legally obliged to charge.

Same Day Dispatch (Non personalised products)

We aim to ship all items as soon as payment is cleared. This means that items ordered and paid for by 12 noon (UK time) Monday-Friday are dispatched on the same day (Excluding bank holidays). Items ordered and paid for after 12 noon or over the weekend are sent on the next working day.

Personalised & Bespoke Products Lead Times

We aim to engrave and dispatch personalised products within 2-3 working days (We are normally able to dispatch sooner than this).

Bespoke products can have a significantly longer lead time and these are stated on the product listings.

Standard / Free UK Delivery

As standard, we ship using Royal Mail 48 (Second class) delivery service which is a 2-3 working day service (approximately).

Please be aware that delivery to certain UK postcodes will take longer due to their remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations. 

Fast UK Delivery

We ship using Royal Mail 24 (First class) delivery service which is a 1-2 working day service (approximately).

Please be aware that delivery to certain UK postcodes will take longer due to their remote locations. We cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations. 

Express UK Delivery - DHL

Upgraded delivery via DHL Express is available to delivery addresses in England & Wales and offers a next business day service.

Express UK Delivery - Royal Mail

Further UK destinations are available for express delivery via Royal Mail Special delivery. This offers next business day delivery to UK mainland but has the following limitations for some harder to reach areas.

International Delivery

International shipping costs are calculated at the point of sale and depend on location, total shipping weight (Including the packaging) and the best pricing we can obtain from our shipping partners.   

International Taxes & Importation Fees

British VAT (at 20%) is not charged on any purchases with delivery destinations outside of the UK.

Additional VAT, duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees may be due at the destination country to enable customs release and delivery.

If you order Products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties, taxes (Such as VAT) and customs clearance fees. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

Additional payments may need to be paid to the relevant authorities at the country of destination, including VAT, duties, tariffs and customs clearance fees.

Please note that we are legally required to declare the correct value & country of origin of all products as this is used to calculate the tax and any tariff duty due.

Packaging 

We ship all of our products in boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged and in pristine condition upon arrival. Wherever possible, we use letterbox friendly packaging. 

 

Is this a gift? For most products we are able to offer a gift wrap & gift message service alongside upgraded & engravable storage boxes.

We never include receipts / invoices in our packages unless explicitly requested, we send these via email to save on paper.

Absolutely atrocious customer service and poor packaging. I ordered an item on a Thursday, by Monday I hadn’t even received an email confirming that it had been dispatched. Looked in the website for a phone number, there isn’t one, so had to contact via FACEBOOK!!!! I find that disgusting to use a social media site as a main means in customer contact. Took several hours to get a response. Instead of the person callingn me back as I requested they just continued to send FB messages so communication was difficult. They never used the words “sorry” or “apologies” as you would expect from decent customer service and instead just tried to explain why they weren’t at fault. I couldn’t care less, I just wanted to know when I could expect the item as the person it was a gift for was leaving the country that day. Again they made no efforts to try to answer that or contact the delivery company and instead just sent me a tracking link which had updates which made literally no sense to me and stated that I could expect the delivery within the next 5 days!!! After replying to the message saying that I was dissatisfied with their customer service, and was still non the wiser about my delivery after several messages back and forth, they then became quite patronising and dismissive saying “sorry you feel like that.” This wasn’t a matter of how I felt it was a concrete fact that they had not helped me with my query.
After all that atrocious and quite rude communication from then”customer service” team the item finally arrived when it was too late and the person it was for had to go to the airport. I ordered an expensive belt worth around £40 which this company delivered in just a thin plastic packaging, no padding or protection at all, if that bag had been torn enroute and weather had been bad, or it had been dropped etc it would have been damaged and stained.
Would definitely not use this company again, the website appears to be legit but everything else about it screams cheap and tacky.
